Refund Policy

At TeamTech EHS, we strive to provide clear and flexible options regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our workshops and training programs.

Workshop Refunds

  • Full Refunds : A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the workshop start date. Refunds will be transferred to the same account used for payment. Requests must be sent in writing to mail@teamtechehs.com.
  • Late Cancellations : Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable.

Alternative Options


    Participants unable to attend may:

  • Transfer to a different batch of the same workshop (subject to availability within the next 12 months).
  • Nominate another individual to attend in their place.
  • Submit requests for alternative options in writing to mail@teamtechehs.com at least 3 days prior to the workshop start date.

Non-Attendance

Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will be marked absent and are not eligible for refunds or extended access to workshop materials.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases where TeamTech EHS is unable to deliver the workshop or training due to unforeseen issues, participants may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of confirmation.
